Ingredients
6 ears of corn
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbs lime Juice
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1 block of cotija cheese crumbled
chili powder
Directions

1. Start by mixing the sour cream, mayo, lime juice, and chile powder together

 

2. Crumble the Cotija into a large serving platter for rolling the cooked corn in.

 

3.Wash and chop the cilantro

 

4. Peel back the husk on the outside of the corn, and tie the green part of the husk to the corn cob to create a nice handle

 

5. Grill the corn over high heat to achieve some charing on the corn cobs

 

6. Once cooked remove from the grill and brush the corn with mayo mix

 

7. Roll the coated corn in the cotija cheese

 

8. Sprinkle the cotija coated corn with chopped cilantro

 

9. Finish by dusting the corn with some chile powder
